Atiu Villas is made up of five self contained villas set on the slopes of a pineapple plantation over looking the pine forests of Atiu, and only a few minutes walk from the southern coast's white sandy beaches. The villas are Polynesian styled and made completely from locally milled timber. All villas have a spacious deck of polished timber and are configured with a double, queen or king size bed and a single bed with room for more quests in the loft. Atiu villas have solar hot water showers, fans, radios, a full kitchen, larder, mini-bar and fridge.
Atiu Villas has added a new fresh water pool which is a great spot to cool off a hot sunny day. The complex also provides a grass tennis court and has an internet hot spot for keeping in touch online.
Atiu Island is not commercial and to counter its lack of facilities, on site is Kura's Kitchen and bar to provide evening meals, except Sundays. Perfect for meeting other in house guests.
Each villa has a well stocked larder with beverages, dairy products and packaged foods. You don't have to make constant trips to the nearest store because almost all you need is in your villa. You pay for what you use and the prices are as good as at the local store.
Friendly hosts can arrange eco-tours, fantastic cave exploration, fishing, traditional tumunu encounters, bird watching, coffee and historical tours. If you want your own space and time there are rental bikes and vehicles so that you can explore the trails, the secluded beaches and the Makatea by yourselves.
The property is within walking distance of the main villages of Atiu.
